As you have probably figured, this website was originally for my business, Coaster Coast.  However on returning to NZ after living in Brisbane Australia for 12 years, I decided to branch out and open a Collective in Palmerston North and hence in May 2024, Cuba St Collective opened it's doors

With close to 40 NZ vendors instore now, I have merged the 2 businesses together to help support not only Coaster Coaster but all of the talented individuals that contribute to making Cuba St Collective the fantastic shop that it is.

My goal is to help other creatives like myself become known, and to give them a permanent place to sell their amazing products which helps support people in our community.

 

As a small country, our New Zealand communities need to start supporting their local producers to ensure the money spent in our community, is being returned to our community and not going into the pockets of these big corporate companies or being sent overseas.
